When designing a logo for M&A branding projects, we ask a variety of questions that help dictate the logo style and design the business owner is comfortable with. A logo much like a flag or a coat of arms should convey more than just the name of a business.

A logo needs to set the tone for your business. As the main identifyer, it should be in synch with expectations.
A good logo is distinctive, appropriate, practical, graphic, simple in form and conveys an intended message.
A clean slate but by no means a blank slate.
We question everything generally thought to be obvious. We do this because in order to design a good logo, you need to get to the core of what the business stands for. In the case of 733 Park, the owner was starting a new mergers and acquisitions business.
The logo we created for 733 Park was both modern and elegant. It was important to the client that the logo be blocky as to stand out among other m&a companies which tend to be conservative and predictable.
A simple logo design allows for easy recognition and allows the logo to be versatile & memorable. Good logos feature something unique without being overdrawn.
